  They have not confirmed my booking, have ignored my subsequent request for a booking confirmation and have still charged my credit card, although I have not stayed there for good reasons. On my complaint to, there was also no answer. Be careful when booking online via their website. This motel knows, how to make money from nothing.

  5-star for exceptional service and welcoming attitude from the owner! I'm on a cycling trip cross Canada and arrived at White River yesterday with no accommodation, cold and soaked from rain storm on the way, and desperate. The motel was fully booked to my dismay but the nice owner showed great compassion and managed to find a room and saved me from a cold and damp night camping! He and his staff even went out of their way to help secure my bike. They do care about their customers!

  Nice staff. Smelled nice upon entry into room which is missing in most places. Clean laundry. Well maintained. Price was okay but I came here on peak times. No breakfast. A&W and Robin almost walking distance that open around 6 to 7 am.

  It is a motel, so with the right expectation, I feel they offer great value for the price, cleanliness and amenities of the room, location and friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone coming this way.

  Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and nice soft beds, cable, WiFi. Nice clean washroom.
